I'm a single mom of 3 girls, born in Detroit, MI, by way of San Antonio, TX, now currently living in Atlanta, GA. After a traumatic separation and divorce almost 3 years ago, God placed it on my heart to create a space to share my story to be a resource for other women that might need a place to feel seen and heard. At that time, I knew I had to do something, but I had no idea what it would look like. Over a year ago, God gave me the specific idea, name, and creative details, but I had been too afraid to move forward. No more! Thus, this blog was born!

 

Why the name Dandelions? Well little did I know, dandelions have a great significance in many cultures across the world that I never knew. The plant is believed to be a symbol of hope, growth, and healing. Those words are exactly what my testimony is comprised of, and what I hope for other women.

 

I don't have all the answers, far from it. I am just here to share, get the conversation started, and help serve other women in any way I can.
